Using the site
You may read, link to and share these pages. You may not copy the site's text, films, stills or design into another site, or present them as your own work.
Quotes, scopes and timelines
Anything on this site about budgets, bands, timelines or deliverables is an indication, not an offer. A price becomes binding only in a written scope signed by both sides. The budget bands on the previsualisation form exist so the first reply can be specific, not to fix a final fee.
Work shown here
Films, stills and campaigns shown on this site belong to Sigilra or to the client who commissioned them, and appear with permission where permission is required. Client names, results and figures are published only where the client has agreed, which is why some case studies carry no numbers.
What you send us
Send only material you have the right to share. Screenplays and briefs are treated as confidential: they are stored privately, are not published, and are not used as samples without written permission. If you need a signed non-disclosure agreement before sending a script, say so and we will send one first.
Third-party platforms
Trailers and films may be embedded from YouTube, and the WhatsApp hand-off leaves this site for WhatsApp. Once you follow one of those links, that platform's terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.
Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site correct and online, but it is offered as it is. Pages may change, links may move, and the site may be unavailable while it is being updated.
Liability
The site is provided without warranties of any kind. Sigilra is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kanyakumari, Tamilnadu have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
